Democrat challenger in Florida’s gubernatorial race Andrew Gillum conceded to Republican Ron DeSantis Saturday; ending their high-stakes showdown over who will lead the Sunshine State.
Gillum posted the announcement on social media, saying he wanted to “congratulate Mr. DeSantis on becoming the next governor of the great state of Florida.”
