Joe Biden just blew up the argument that the Biden-Harris administrationâs record isnât damaging to Harris because sheâs âonlyâ the Vice President.
While appearing on The View, Biden said that his and Harrisâ records are one and the same.
"As Vice President, there wasn't a single thing that I did that she couldn't do and so I was able to delegate her responsibility on everything from foreign policy to domestic policy,â Biden admitted.
