Biden Appointed Judge James Boasberg Says Deported Venezuelan Illegals Are Entitled to Due Process

In the latest blow to sanity, the left-wing Judge James Boasberg, a Biden appointee, has ruled that illegal immigrants belonging to the brutally violent Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang can challenge their deportation under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.
Boasbergâs wife has donated over $11,000 to Democrats.
According to the Populist Times:
Although Judge Boasberg did not challenge the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, he ruled that the violent Venezuelan illegal immigrants had grounds to challenge the national security law individually.
âPlaintiffs are likely to succeed on equal fundamental theory: before they may be deported, they are entitled to individualized hearings to determine whether the Act applies to them at all,â the judge ruled. âAs the government itself concedes, the awesome power granted by the Act may be brought only to bear on those who are in fact, âalien enemies.ââ
âBecause the named Plaintiffs dispute that they are members of Tren de Aragua, they may not be deported until a court has been able to decide the merits of their challenge,â the ruling stated.
While the Trump administration will likely appeal the decision, Judge Boasbergâs ruling sets a dangerous precedent.
Attorney General Pam Bondi has said that the SCOTUS will end up getting involved in the matter. âOh, the Supreme Court will get involved,â Bondi said on Fox Newsâs âSunday Morning Futures.â This is an out of control ⌠federal judge trying to control our entire foreign policy, and he cannot do it.â
Meanwhile, Rep. Jim Jordan announced that the House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing next week to grill Judge Boasberg about his âactivist judgeâ behavior.
