The Brandon Administration is now 0-3 on federal COVID vaccine mandates, with a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia issuing a preliminary injunction against the mandate for federal contractors yesterday.
The mandate was set to take effect at the beginning of 2022, presumably so the administration wouldn’t have to face the poor optics of mass firings before Christmas.
