CNN’s Brian Stelter Mocked for Blaming “Right-Wing Media” for Pushing Idea That Started on the Left

Brian Stelter, host of CNN’s ironically-named “Reliable Sources,” blamed “mostly right-wing media” for pushing the idea of Joe Biden to skip debates with President Trump, even though the New York Times and CNN have been pushing it for months, the latest example being a Monday NYT op-ed.
The NYT was mocked widely for this.
Townhall.com political editor and Fox News contributor Guy Benson tweeted about this media push, asking rhetorically, “This ‘Biden shouldn’t debate’ boomlet is just a media tempest, right? Right?”

Stelter then chimed in, saying this, apparently with a straight face:

Benson then replied with a screenshot of various headlines from different Leftist media outlets, including Stelter’s, pushing Biden not to debate Trump:

Stelter was deservedly mocked wildly for this. CNN is such a joke.
