“Get Out of My F—ing Shot” - Newly Surfaced Video Shows Ex-Democrat Rep. Freaking Out on Staffer

And just like that, the knives are out for former Rep. Katie Porter.

This week started with her as the frontrunner in the California Governor’s race - and in just a few short minutes she imploded her chances when she lost it on a reporter and threatened to storm out of an interview because she was asked a follow up question.

In Porter’s words, being asked to answer a follow up was something she’d never been asked to do before - which is totally believable, as Democrats are interviewed on “easy mode.”

Porter’s staff turnover while she served in the House of Representatives was four times higher than that of the average office, and in the wake of the above video going viral, more and more stories about her are emerging. 

Politico just released a video from 2021 (no word on why they sat on it for four years) where she was talking about electric vehicles with then-Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm as a staffer came on screen to correct her.

“Get out of my f—ing shot,” Porter said as the staffer entered the frame.

Porter had claimed over half a million Californians could die prematurely from air pollution and other problems “if we don’t electrify our transportation sector.” The staffer responded, “I wanted to tell you that that’s actually incorrect. It’s not that it’s electric vehicles. It’s that, if we don’t meet the commitments under the Paris Climate Accord.”

The “correction” sounds just as bogus, but Porter still couldn’t find it in her to thank the staffer for correcting her on quoting from this climate alarmist study correctly. 

“OK, it doesn’t… OK. You also were in my shot before that. Stay out of my shot,” Porter told her staffer, before saying Granholm. “OK, I’m going to start again with electric vehicles saving us money.”
