JD Vance Calls Out Hack CBS Debate Moderators For BOGUS Fact Check Until They Cut His Mic

Despite CBS claiming they wouldnât be âfact-checkingâ during the debate (after it was one-sided in the prior presidential debate), moderator Margaret Brennan quickly broke that promise to try to âcorrectâ JD Vance when he said illegal aliens are a major burden on Springfield, Ohio.
"Just to clarify for our viewers, Springfield, Ohio does have a large number of Haitian migrants who have legal status, temporary protected status," Brennan said, as if it makes a difference.
The Biden admin has been using âtemporary protected status (TPS)â as an open borders loophole. As the American First Policy Institute noted; âWhile TPS may seem like a niche, lawful authority, it has been weaponized by the administrations of Presidents Clinton, George W. Bush, Obama, and Biden to grant amnesty by executive fiat. The âtemporaryâ part of âtemporary protected statusâ always seems to be permanent in practice.
Vance fired back, reminding them that âThe rules were that you guys weren't going to fact-check. And since you are fact-checking me, I think it's important to say what's actually going on."
He continued âSo thereâs an application called the CBP One app. You can go on as an illegal alien and apply for asylum or apply for parole and be granted legal status at the wave of a Kamala Harris open border wand.â
âKamala Harris opened up that pathway,â Vance said, with Walz pointlessly objecting that âthose laws have been on the books since 1990.â Vance immediately shut that down; âThe CBP One app has not been on the books since,â
CBS then cut his mic.
"Senator, we have so much we have to get to, thank you so much for explaining the legal process," Brennan condescendingly said after her fact check was fact checked. "The audience can't hear you because your mics are cut.â
