John Fetterman: This Is the Moment Kamala Harris Lost the Plot
Senator John Fetterman weighed in on when he thought it was that Kamala Harris âlost the plotâ during a recent appearance on Sean Hannity.
That moment, in Fettermanâs eyes, was when she called Trump a âfascistâ heading into the 2024 election, which he correctly identified was said to also demonize his supporters, rhetoric that contributed to the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
âWhat is going on? Why have they chosen that path when it did not succeed the first time?â Hannity asked Fetterman.
âI donât know why, and I have always refused to say that,â Fetterman said. âWhen Vice President Harris referred to President Trump as a âfascistâ, and I knew absolutely we lost the plot at that point. If you call the president or someone like a fascist, you are effectively calling the people who are going to vote for him [the same thing] and then they must be fascist too⌠or they support fascism and those things. And that is just not true.â
During the 2024 race, Trump repeatedly called Harris a âfascist.â
âI happen to know and love a lot of people that voted for the president and they are not fascist, they are not Nazis, theyâre not trying to destroy the constitution and all those things,â he continued. âThey just happen to have different priorities and they love our country in the same ways that Democrats do as well.â
While Harrisâ comments highlighted by Ferrman were crazy - in the interest of accuracy, Harris had lost the plot many years prior.
