“Liar” - Scott Jennings INSTANTLY Shuts Up Democrat Rep. Torres on Illegals Taking Medicaid

Scott Jennings called out Democrat  Rep. Ritchie Torres for his bogus claim that illegal immigrants don’t receive Medicaid. 

Even if it were true that they didn’t, there’s no question that their children do thanks to birthright citizenship, and that illegals still get free care through the emergency room loophole.  

“I don’t think it’s unpopular at all to try to reform an entitlement program, to save it for the people who need it, to keep illegal aliens from getting welfare benefits they shouldn’t be getting, to encourage people to go to work. I don’t think these things should be shied away from by Republicans,” Jennings said.

Torres responded with denial, “None of that is true. First of all, I think Medicaid…”

“It’s exactly true. It’s exactly what’s in the bill,” Jennings responded.

“It’s not true. Federal law prohibits undocumented immigrants…” Torres began to claim. 

“Then why are 1.4 million on it?” Jennings asked, before Torres interrupted with, “That’s a figment of your imagination.”

“It’s a figment of the CBO’s documents,” Jennings shot back.

“You are lying. Literally lying,” Jennings said. 

“Lie. Liar.”

Jennings was referring to a CBO report from June that 1.4 million of those estimated to be without health insurance in 2034 due to provisions in the “Big Beautiful Bill” will be illegal aliens, and another 1.3 million will be people on Medicaid that are already ineligible for it.
