James O’Keefe’s O’Keefe Media Group released an explosive report on election eve confirming that non-citizens living in Philadelphia can vote in local elections - which raises questions about them voting in federal elections.
Speaking in North Philadelphia, O’Keefe visited the Philadelphia City Commissioner’s Office - which was across the street from the NGO Ceiba, which tells non-citizens that they can vote with an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
