MSNBC Gets Even Crazier: Host Claims “People of Color” Next in Line for Trump Deportations

I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve started an article with “just when you think MSNBC can’t get any crazier…” - and I really ought to retire that line, as it’s always getting worse.
Kamala Harris’ former media adviser Symone Sanders, who is now an MSNBC host, fearmongered that black Americans are next to be deported by Donald Trump, a proposal that the White House has spent exactly zero seconds floating.
Citing an op-ed by the NAACP Legal Defense Fund President, Sanders tried to frame Trump deporting MS-13 and Tren de Aragua gang members as part of a broader campaign against “people of color.”
Just last month MSNBC’s parent company reported on a German (and ethnic-German) national being detained at an ICE facility, so apparently white people are also part of a “broader campaign against people of color.” Who knew?
“If they can do it to them… they will do it to any of us,” Sanders said. “To be very clear, it’s going to be the people of color, and vulnerable communities that are next in line.”
Her guest Democrat Rep. Glenn Ivey, who joined the segment, supported Sanders’ assessment of course.
“That’s certainly part of why the African-American community is so behind” efforts to advocate for the return of Abrego Garcia, Ivey said, describing the MS-13-linked individual who appears to have gang tattoos as a “Maryland father.”
