To the joy of Los Angeles and the chagrin of my DraftKings account balance (I know nothing about sports), the LA Rams won Super Bowl LVI 23-20 against the Cincinnati Bengals last night.
Amid a sea of advertisements for beer, electric vehicles, and cryptocurrency was one from GOP Pennsylvania Senate candidate Dave McCormick using the “Let’s Go Brandon” meme to highlight Joe Biden’s countless failures. The ad cited the Afghanistan pullout disaster, big tech censorship, record inflation, a record trade deficit, record homicides, and record illegal border crossings before cutting away to the message “This is so much bigger than Brandon.”
