Stacey Abrams: We Saw Record Voter Turnout - And Voter Suppression Is Alive and Well

After Stacey Abrams, the Biden administration, and the entirety of the liberal media spent the past year comparing voter integrity laws in Georgia to "Jim Crow-era voter suppression" - and even to whatever "Jim Eagle" is - voter turnout in Georgia is smashing records.
Earlier this week, it was reported that over 131,000 Georgia residents cast their ballot on the first day of early voting in the state, which was the highest first-day total for an election in the state's history, and an 85% increase from the last midterm election in 2018, long before "Jim Crow" voting laws took effect.
The media celebrated the news with seemingly no self-awareness (or shame) in regards to how it contracts the bogus narrative they spent the past year spreading. Only Stacey Abrams experienced some mild cognitive dissonance, and in an amazing feat of mental gymnastics simultaneously praising the record turnout while attempting to argue that voter suppression is still somehow alive and well.
"We saw record turnout for early votingā¦It does not mean voter suppression doesn't exist...We know that voter suppression is alive and well in Georgia!ā she told a crowd.
