The COVID Crazies Are Now Begging for Forgiveness

The same people who called you a grandma killer for wanting a haircut, demanded your firing for refusing to take an experimental vaccine, and kept kids masked up for years while destroying their educational experiences (and much more), would like you to forgive and forget.
During an appearance on Real Time With Bill Maher, professor Scott Galloway called for âforgivenessâ for those who pushed godawful policies during the COVID pandemic in exchange for nothing in return.
âI was on the board of my kidsâ school during COVID. I wanted a harsher lockdown policy. In retrospect: I was wrong⌠But here's the bottom line: We were doing our best. Letâs give a little grace and forgiveness,â Galloway pleaded, as Maher and Andrew Cuomo, who packed nursing homes with COVID patients, watched on.
Heâs hardly the first to call for a âpandemic amnesty.â
The left-wing The Atlantic published an op-ed in October of last year calling for such an amnesty, where the author Emily Oster pleads ignorance to excuse the absurd policies she supported. Earlier this year Christianity Today, whose employees have 100% donated to Democrats, also ran a piece calling for a âspirit of amnestyâ to âforgive each other our pandemic sins.â Curiously, nobody calling for a âpandemic amnestyâ is calling for âpandemic reparationsâ for those fined or jailed protesting lockdowns, or fired for not getting vaccinated.
Itâs only once their horrible and pointless policies had been completely exposed in the eyes of the general public did they start asking for forgiveness - or even acknowledge that the âexpertsâ had gotten anything wrong.
They only want an âamnestyâ for one real reason - so they can do it all again.
