To Horror of Democrats, Trump’s D.C. Crackdown Has Crime Rates Tanking

Donald Trump’s crackdown on Washington D.C. crime is already yielding success.
As Trump launched his crackdown, liberals repeated the talking point that D.C.’s crime was at “30-year-lows” - which amusingly coincided with a DC police commissioner being suspended for faking crime statistics to understate them.
Of course, even if the statistics were accurate, bragging about a “30-year-low” murder rate in D.C. is like bragging that the murder rate is only 10 times higher than the national average instead of 11 times higher.
As Trump’s DC crackdown enters its second week, the data from the first week already shows that it’s working.
Carjackings are down 83% vs. the seven days before the crackdown. Meanwhile, robberies have almost been cut in half, and violent crime is down 22%. A list of all major crimes is below:
