Trump Admin Arrests Top MS-13 Gang Leader

AG Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel had great news this morning, that a top MS-13 gang leader for the East Coast has been arrested. 

Thanks to a joint operation with the FBI, ATF, ICE, Virginia State Police, and the Prince William County Police Department, a 24-year-old gang member living in a luxurious suburban home in DC was captured.

MS-13, whose motto is “kill, rape, control,” participates in a diversified portfolio of criminal activity, including murder, rape, drug trafficking and distribution, extortion, human smuggling, human trafficking, weapons smuggling, and more. 

MS-13 was one of the two main gangs responsible for El Salvador once being the most violent country in the world (the other being the 18th Street Gang) before President Nayib Bukele ruthlessly cracked down on gangs, making his nation one of the safest in the world.

Thursday's operation is only the latest targeting top-level members of gangs and drug-trafficking rings operating in the U.S.

The FBI has arrested three individuals on its top 10 most wanted list in the past two months alone. Trump's administration has deported several top members of MS-13 to El Salvador for incarceration.
