Trump Campaign Raises Over $200 Million Since Conviction

For all the headlines that Joe Biden made for raising $25 million in a single day with a star-studded fundraiser back in March that featured Barack Obama and Bill Clinton - Donald Trump is on track to pull off ten times that feat.
According to the Daily Mail:
The Donald Trump campaign has raised a staggering $200 million since the former president was found guilty of 34 felonies last Thursday, his son Eric Trump said Sunday.
Eric said the figure was comprised of over $70 million in small donor fundraising in the three days since the verdict.
The former president's son continued:â'If you add the large dollar donations to it, you're over $200 million.. .And by the way, Maria 30 percent of those people have never been seen before by a political party.' The numbers that Eric Trump cited appear to show that the support is not just coming from Republican voters.
Within 24-hours of the conviction, the Trump campaign had received $52.8 million in donations. Shortly after, Miriam Adelson, the wife of the late casino magnate and GOP megadonor Sheldon Adelson, pledged $100 million to the Trump campaign.
Trump had already begun closing the fundraising gap before this, with the Trump campaign pulling ahead of Bidenâs in April, raising $76 million to Bidenâs $51 million. Biden had an advantage in cash on hand of $84 million to Trumpâs $49 million in May, but thatâs almost-certainly been wiped out in the wake of the new wave of nations Trump is seeing.
