Trump Touts $1.5 Billion Fundraising Haul Since 2024 Election

In the latest display of MAGA’s rising political strength, President Donald Trump and the Republican Party have shattered fundraising records since the 2024 election, positioning them well ahead of the 2026 midterms. 

According to the Washington Examiner:

>Trump’s announcement comes after his MAGA Inc. super PAC broke fundraising records in July. At the time, the group announced that it raised $176.9 million in the first six months of 2025 and ended June 2025 with nearly $200 million cash on hand. These numbers could allow term-limited Trump to boost Republican-endorsed candidates running for Congress during the 2026 midterm elections. Trump has also more than doubled the Republican National Committee’s fundraising levels through the first two quarters of 2025.

At the end of June, the DNC had only $15 million compared to the RNC’s $80 million.

This comes as redistricting battles are expected to give Republicans an edge heading into midterms. 

It’s worth noting that fundraising hasn’t worked to the Democrats’ advantage as of late, even when it was them outraising Republicans. Kamala Harris outraised Trump by more than a 3:1 margin, and we all know how that went for her.
