Dan hosted Fox and Friends again this morning and demonstrated some of the best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques for self-defense.
Grappling with Dan is former UFC fighter and Hall of Famer Matt Serra–who is also the co-host of the UFC Unfiltered podcast.
Dan has a long history in boxing, wrestling and MMA and and began training with Serra in 1999 and even had him teach control tactics to instructors at the Secret Service Training Center.
He’s also trained and grappled with UFC fighters Pete Sell, Randy Couture, and Joe Scarola from the Ultimate Fighter.
Dan still trains in MMA and won silver medals at Grapplefest in New York and the New York State Police Olympics.
